Regulations and Policies

This section lists three levels of regulations and policies concerning the management of Health Code by China's government.

 

• The first level is statutes and regulations established before the explosion of the covid-19. Some of them may be in the process of amendment due to the covid-19.

• The second level is notices published by several government departments under the guideline of the first-level laws to adopt Health Code as a method to fight against the pandemic and improve the system or solve then existing social problems raised by the Health Code.

• The third level is national standards issued by China Electronics Standardization Institute to make the Health Code systems in different provinces consistent with each other, and to protect privacy and data security.
